The International Institute for the Rights of the Child (IDE), in collaboration with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the International Bureau for Children’s Rights (IBCR) and Innocenti Research Center (IRC), is organizing a seminar entitled "Children as Victims and Witnesses.
