CoE – Recommendation on the rights of children living in residential institutions (2005) - 3 March 2008
Government The recommendation Rec(2005)5 of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe (CoE) to member states on the rights of children living in residential institutions was adopted by the Committee of Ministers on 16 March 2005 at the 919th meeting of the Ministers' Deputies. Its appendix reiterates the basic principles, enumerates the specific rights of children living in residential institutions and gives guidelines and quality standards for the implementation of these rights.
