CoE – Recommendation on Education in Prison (1989) - 18 March 2008
Government The recommendation N° R (89) 12 of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe (CoE) to member states on social reactions to juvenile delinquency was adopted on 13 October 1989, at the 429th meeting of the Ministers' Deputies.
