The document entitled, "The prevention of juvenile delinquency. Ways of dealing with juvenile delinquency and the role of the juvenile justice system in the European Union", was published by the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) in 2006. In this article 2006/C110/13 of his 9th May 2006 edition, the Official Journal of the European Union presents an Opinion of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) on “The prevention of juvenile delinquency.
