NACR - Alternative Report on the Rights of the Child in Macedonia (2009) - 24 February 2010
The “Alternative report of the non-governmental organizations to the state reports about the situation with the rights of the child in the Republic of Macedonia” was prepared by the National Alliance for Children's Rights (NACR). This alliance brought together several NGOs whose purpose was to establish a complementary report to the State report presented to the Committee on the Rights of the Child in fall of 2008. The present document gives an overview of the issues and challenges related to children’s rights in Macedonia. Chapter 10 paragraph 10.5 focuses on juvenile justice.
