Other The document entitled "Tenth Periodic Report on the Situation of Human Rights in the Sudan: Arbitrary Arrest and Detention Committed by National Security, Military and Police" was published by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in November 2008. Chapter 4 on groups facing particular risks of arbitrary detention contains a small section on children. It mentions the Children Act of 2004 and reports the creation of some specialized institutions for children in contact with the law. Available in English. PDF, 51 pages.
