NGO The document entitled, "An Outside Chance: Street Children and Juvenile Justice - An International Perspective", was published by the Consortium for Street Children (CSC), in 2004. It aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the causes and consequences of street children’s involvement in criminal justice systems in a wide range of countries. This report, is based on the findings from a two-year research and advocacy project run by CSC with partners in Kenya, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines and Romania, along with information and case studies from other countries: PDF, 3 parts.
